RETURN POLICY

At KidKraft Toys, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy for returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition, with all parts, pieces, and original packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within the standard return window from the date of delivery. We cannot accept returns for items that are assembled, used, damaged, or missing original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, items that are personalized, customized, or marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, you must request authorization through our online portal. Please have your order number and email address ready. Upon approval, you will receive instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization and any required documentation. Returns shipped without proper authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage, as we are not liable for return shipments lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team immediately to report the issue. We will arrange for a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. We may require photographic documentation.
